I like to think that I’m very organized. I have backup equipment, always arrive very early to set up and each wedding has a personalized wedding playlist on my laptop including the couple’s song list and a few of my own additions that I feel would work well for the night.
Working in the wedding industry, I find it hard to find and connect with other service providers who have the same values as me. I have thankfully met just one provider who makes me look like a completely unorganized mess!
Just over 2 years ago I started working with wedding coordinator Kelly Mole (now Kelly Hartmann). She contacted me to DJ for a couple that she was working with and we’ve been working together ever since.
Kelly specializes in on-the-day coordination. She’s the one that makes sure that everything runs as smoothly and stress free as possible. I have seen countless brides get into a state rushing around trying to organize décor, contacting late service providers and answering too many basic questions that unfortunately, only she knows the answers to.
Kelly gets a brief from every couple of everything that needs to happen on the day. When the day comes, she makes everything look like clockwork. She does over and above what is required of her and the best part is; she’s kept it completely affordable to any couple getting married. I can’t imagine what the wedding industry would be without Kelly Hartmann.
